A: Custom suits are not eligible for return unless there is a confirmed sizing or workmanship issue. In such cases, we will offer a free remake or refund.
Q2: How long does it take to receive a refund?
A: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are typically processed within 5 business days. Depending on your payment provider, it may take a few additional days for the funds to appear.
Q3: What if my suit arrives damaged or defective?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide clear photos or videos. Our team will prioritize your case and offer a solution immediately.
Q4: Who pays for the return shipping?
A: If the issue is caused by us (e.g., wrong item, defect), we cover all shipping costs. For personal preference returns, the customer pays for return shipping.
Q5: What if I removed the security tag before returning the product?
A: Once the security tag (anti-theft tag) is removed or damaged, the product will be considered tampered with, and a partial refund or deduction may apply. Please ensure all tags remain intact until you decide to keep the item.
Q6: Can I exchange my suit for a different size or color?
A: Yes, exchanges for size or color are possible for ready-to-wear items, provided they are in new and unused condition with all tags and security labels intact.
