1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and unworn .
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included.
  • Custom-made or personalized suits are non-returnable unless a confirmed defect or error exists.

2. Return Process

Please contact our after-sales team before returning any item:

  1. Submit your return request via email (include order number and reason).
  2. Wait for our confirmation before shipping back the product.
  3. Once approved, we will provide the return address and instructions.
Note: Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to sender.

3. Security Tag (Anti-theft Tag) Policy

For quality and authenticity control, all FREEDOM ISLAND garments may include a security tag . Please make sure this tag remains intact and undamaged when returning an item.

  • If a security tag is removed, damaged, or missing , the return may be refused or refunded with a deduction for diminished value.
  • Ensure the tag remains attached until you confirm that you will keep the item.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email confirmation. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days . Processing time may vary by bank or card provider.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange for a different size or color, please contact us before returning the product. We'll assist you with availability and replacement options.

6. Non-returnable items

  • Custom-tailored or personalized suits (unless defective).
  • Final-sale or clearance items.
  • Items damaged through improper care or misuse.

7. Shipping Costs

All original purchases include free shipping to your address. Return shipping is covered by the customer unless:

  • We sent the wrong item.
  • The product has a confirmed defect; or
  • The size or pattern significantly differs from your order.

In these cases, FREEDOM ISLAND will cover the return shipping cost.
